Voting Question: Thai Tourist Visa - VERY URGENT?

Hi guys, I am asking here because I couldn't find an answer yet. I am currently in Thailand, and I have a 60 days single entry visa, plus I had to extend for another 30 days, in Bangkok. now my tourist visa will expire in 2 weeks. I want to ask, if is possible to apply for a new tourist(60 days)visa, I hear I can do this by travelling to Vientiane, Laos. but from my understanding I now that an alien can stay up to 90 days in a six months period.
